Documenting Dialogue for a New Prescription

When a new prescription is filled, use the Dialogue window to record the consultation between the pharmacist and the patient. The Dialogue window is not available for refills or unauthorized prescriptions.

To record the pharmacist consultation, do the following:

1. Open a prescription in Rx Detail or highlight a prescription on the Workbench.
2. Press the Rx > Dialogue. The Dialogue window appears.
3. Enter in details regarding your consultation.
4. Press the OK button.
